Las Vegas Resort Fees Guide For 2026

Many Las Vegas hotels, especially the larger resorts, charge a daily resort fee. This resort fee entitles guests to a range of amenities and services during their stay. This resort fee is now included within the advertised room rate.

Resort Fees are generally priced in line with the quality and location of the hotel. Many off-Strip hotels do not charge a resort fee, particularly budget and extended stay properties, including brands such as Marriott, Hilton and IHG.

New FTC Junk Fees Rule Now Implemented

Las Vegas hotels are still legally able to charge resort fees, however under the new FTC's junk fees rule passed in 2025, they must include mandatory resort fees in the first advertised total price, rather than adding them later in the booking process.

The Junk Fees Rule now ensures that pricing information is presented in a timely, transparent, and truthful way to consumers.
